Bikes & Yoga go hand in hand.

I’ve dabbled with the practice of yoga since my teen years, always fascinated with the spiritual side of it & it was a constant during those years when you’re trying to figure out who you were. When I started racing Mountain Bikes many many moons ago, I really connected with my practise again, this time out of desperation to fix my body from years of injuries, crashes and training. What I really loved about it, was how yoga mentally & physically helped me with life as an athlete, but also with every other aspect of my life. It keeps me grounded AF.

My passion lies with teaching & practising with athlete’s, showing them the softer side of yoga through Restorative & Yin practice. A great addition to the very stressful life of an athlete. Pretty much trying to #unf**k their bodies. During my Soul Trails Trips, we also have a daily practice of some sort - I cannot guarantee that it doesn’t include some sort of cold Apres beverage!

**PS. Don’t worry, I won’t make you chant ;)
